| getUTCMinutes() The getUTCMinutes() method is used to return the number of minutes past the last hour, the time for which is taken from the time specified by your operating system, and used by the Date object. The value returned is a value from 00 to 59. UTC stands for Universal Time Coordinate and is the value, in milliseconds, from the date of January 1st, 1970.
