TEXT

This attribute sets the color of the element to which it was invoked, this case being the document text color. It can be applied to anything that can be colored, such as text, borders, or backgrounds. The color can be defined using a proper color name such as "RED" or with an #RGB (Red-Green-Blue) value.

TEXT="#RRGGBB" or a color in qoutes, such as "RED", "BLUE" or "YELLOW"
