This property is used to specify the target window or frame that will recieve the action or actions used in conjunction with this property.
The values which can be used with this property are:
_parent - used to open the link in the window or frame to which the current document belongs, which may or may not be the current window. _self - used to open the link in the current window. _top - used to open the link in the main browser window. This is usually the first window opened. _blank - used to open the link in a new window, which will obey any defaults for sizing. syntax:
