This property is used to set or change the text which appears on the status bar at the bottom of the browser window. The document must be finished loading before any changes to the status bar may be made. The length of text may be any you desire. Double or single quotes must have the backslash character in front of them. It should be noted that this message appears only when a given event has been satisfied, such as an onMouseOver event. To set a message which appears when no action on the page is taken, use the defualtStatus property.
