rows

This property is used to specify the number and width of the frames to be displayed within the browser window, when this property is used with frames. The number of values you specify are the number of frame rows which will be rendered. Each frame will require a valid HTML document to display. Values may be in pixels or a percentage of the available window height. Wild characters such as an asterisk (*) may be used to denote that the value after the first value may take up the remaining space within the window. The height of the row is comma delimited, within quotes. When used with the TEXTAREA tag, this property defines the height of the element based on the number of lines of text which will be available to the user before the scrollbars are to become active..
