This property is used to set or change the dark bordercolor, which is the color of the bottom and right sides around a table, heading, or cell. Used with borderColorLight, which is the color of the top and left sides, a raised effect can be created. The color value can be any decimal RGB, hexadecimal #RRGGBB, or any valid named color.
